The boss of the third floor. A spirit rises out of what Rick thinks is his son, then possesses a teddy bear. The Teddy Bear itself is an easy foe to beat, until the head falls off. After that, it uses its claws and teeth against Rick.

- May possibly be an homage to the character Grizzly Teddy, one of the antagonists from the comedy-horror series called Demonic Toys.
- It is the ONLY boss in the game whose boss theme doesn't play until the second phase. It does, however, have it's own, interestingly calmer song for the room you find it in.
