The Foul Beast is the first boss of Splatterhouse 3, it looks like a humanoid muscular yellow-brown creature. This enemy can be decapitated during the fight and when decapitated, will continue to attack Rick Taylor. It will also attack with a hand that shoots out of its mouth when the head is out of the way. When killed, it dissolves into goo.
The Foul Beast's extra hand
This creature also serves as a normal enemy in later levels, usually being fought in pairs, protecting boss rooms.
