Bighead is the second boss of Splatterhouse 2. He appears as a giant, glowing, pulsating face jutting from the wall. He will send skulls at you in waves of three. after the skulls disperse or die, he will open his mouth to fire a giant soul at you. This is your one chance to jump up and kick him in the eyes. Several hits should kill him in which case his eyes explode and the creature fades revealing a passage to the next stage. He shows up in Splatterhouse 3 at the end of stage 5 in the form of one of Evil One's attacks and also as an easter egg in Splatterhouse 2010
